I like freelancing, but for the right team and the right project...

At the moment I have no plans to return to full-time employment within the next couple of years. I’m hoping to enter a PhD program soon, and I expect that to keep me very busy. However, I never say never, and I’m always on the lookout for really special or unusual opportunities. If you’re a recruiter, please read this: I won’t consider any position lower than Lead Designer, and that’s a bare minimum. I would be far more interested in something like Executive Producer or Chief Creative Officer at a startup. Furthermore, I have a very strong preference for positions in the San Francisco Bay Area, because I still own a house there. It would take something truly spectacular to persuade me to move anywhere else in the world (or in the USA).

Any job I accept must allow me to complete my obligations to my existing clients.
